The young Macedonian writer Petar Andonovski spent the month of June in Sarajevo. Owing to the residential program for writers and translators, he spent four weeks in the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. On June 21, Ahmed Burić hosted a literary evening, in which Andonovski presented his works and spoke about the beginnings of his literary career, about the publishing of his first book, and about the position of literature in current Macedonian society.
The European writers in residence program for authors and translators is organized by P.E.N. Centre of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is supported by TRADUKI.
