At this year's Poligon Literature Festival the organisers – in cooperation with TRADUKI, Alliance Culture Foundation, and the City of Mostar – presented for the third year running a diverse programme. The festival kicked off in Split on 20th September with a pre-festival event and ran till 25th September in Mostar.
The biggest Poligon edition so far also included guests from the English and German speaking world. During the official opening event the audience was shown a film by the video artist Anne Best. A special festival highlight was the presence of the British writer Tony White, who presented his latest novel Fountain in the Forest for the very first time. Further guests included Thomas Brussig, Julia Franck, Ivana Sajko, Lindita Arapi, Alida Bremer, Tea Tulić, Seid Serdarević, Ahmed Burić, and Andrej Nikolaidis. The festival concluded with the traditional literary picnic in the city park. The organisers of the festival were the Croatian Cultural House „Herceg Stjepan Kosača“, Music Centre Pavarotti, United World College, Ćorović House in Mostar as well as the foundation KURS from Split.
