Successful Start of the New Writers in Residence Program in Cetinje

593 cetinjeThree fellowships in autumn 2017 marked the launch of the program Literary Residency in Cetinje – Writers in the residenz in Cetinje – Writers in the Historic Capital, which means that TRADUKI now supports also a writers in residence program also in Montenegro. The publishing house Otvoreni kulturni forum (OKF), the organizer oft he residency, welcomed Tomislav Marković from Serbia in September, Petar Andonovski from Macedonia in October, and Nenad Rizvanović from Croatia in November.

The guests of the program had the opportunity to devote four weeks in the residency completely to their manuscripts, but also to get to know the Montenegrin society and literary circles. Tomislav Marković held a guest lecture on October 9 in the Faculty of Montenegrin language and literature, speaking on the topic of personal poetics. He presented his works also on the international book fair in Podgorica. The publishing house OKF also organized talks with the writers Petar Andonovski and Nenad Rizvanović, who also visited the fauclty.
