Hana Stojić in an Interview for the Bosnian daily paper Oslobođenje

In an interview for the cultural supplement of the daily paper Oslobođenje the co-ordinator of the TRADUKI Regional office in Sarajevo, Hana Stojić presented the TRADUKI network to the people of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

This interview formed part of the 10th European Literature Meeting in Sarajevo, where the Austrian author Barbara Frischmuth read from her novel “The Shadow Disappears in the Sun”. The Bosnian translation of this from the German (“Iščezavanje sjenke na suncu”, by Naser Šećerović) was published with financial support from TRADUKI by Connectum, Sarajevo. During this first visit supported by TRADUKI of a German-speaking author to Sarajevo, Hana Stojić also spoke briefly, giving the audience a short overview of the activities of the network.

In her interview for the cultural supplement KUN she reported at length about the goals and activities of the TRADUKI project, stressing the key importance of  literary translators for the international sharing of literature.
