Under the Motto Regentonnenvariationen borrowed from the poetry book by Jan Wagner, another International Translators Meeting takes place next year from 13-20 March. Organizers of the meeting are the Literary Colloquium Berlin and the Robert Bosch Foundation, in cooperation with the S. Fischer Foundation, Goethe-Institut, and the Swiss Cultural Foundation Pro Helvetia.
Within the TRADUKI sponsored Writers-in-Residence program Krokodil– Kuća za pisce, the association Krokodil from Belgrade published a call for application for 2016. Writers and translators from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania and Kosovo can apply until October 22 for one month’s stay in the Serbian capital.
In cooperation with TRADUKI, the association KURS continues its Writers in Residence program in Split also in the following year. Interested writers and translators can apply until November 1, 2015 for one-month’s fellowship in 2016. During the four weeks in Split, the writers and translators get the opportunity to get to know the social, cultural and literary life in Split and to be presented to the Split audience. The Writer-in-Residence program in Split is supported by TRADUKI, the Croatian Ministry of Culture, the regional authority Split-Dalmatia and the City of Split.
